This has been one of my favorite podcasts. To be honest, I was never really that interested in billionaires but this show has been quite fascinating. Simon and Zing each bring different value to the table which has made this show worth the listen. I still am not into billionaires but to...Read full review »

…can make a billion dollars. But to make a billion people unknowingly suffer as you profit beyond their pathetic imaginations exemplifies true power and greatness.” Chuck Koch

They should rename this. It is far more about the back story of billionaires than whether they are good or bad. The Jim Ratcliffe episode is fawning and lacks a genuine attempt to critique. They barely mention his impact on the environment for example and when they do, they simply disregard it...Read full review »

I love the show! Vladimir Putin is suspected to be the richest person on the planet, it would be great to hear an episode about him.

This is a well presented show and I look forward to each new episode every week

Some casual inaccuracies. For example, the North was not the home of the Industrial Revolution, the West Midlands was. This was in the Jim Radcliffe episode when you were commenting on him going to Birmingham University, which is in the West Midlands.

Hey guys! You said the in a previous episode that you would do an episode on Mark Zuckerberg. This was ages ago and I really want to hear it.Also could you do the obvious person to do - Elon Musk Thanks!

These hosts really hate successful people. Heavily bias. Wouldn’t bother listening!

Real interesting but as a general rule if the person is perceived as associated with political right then they judge them as bad and if associated with political left they are judged to be good. Actually I can’t think of a single episode that doesn’t follow that formula. Listen for the...Read full review »

I really like this podcast and I think the presenters have good chemistry. As a young woman, I like that Zing’s knowledge of popular and modern culture isn’t treated as trivial but as important. I knocked off one star though as they’re always talking about Succession, which I haven’t seen and I’m...Read full review »

I love this podcast! I always learn something - not just about the people, but also how various economic systems work. This is a top podcast for me and I recommend it all the time. Can’t wait for a Judith Faulkner episode. Keep it going!

Super-engaging and interesting, even for those without a business background. Really enjoy it.

Just listened to first episode. Really disappointed by the lack of depth, leading to sweeping judgements based on subjective feeling rather than facts. The kind of content (I feel) that fuels unfounded scorn and even hatred - a 10 for basically LOOKING like a typical villain? No mention of Bezos...Read full review »

Confused with the excited pro billionaire tone littered throughout this podcast. Very very basic rating judging if the person is good or bad. For example with Rihanna. Ignoring all of Fentys human rights violations in their production line. Information readily available on the internet.

I really like the format of this podcast and the hosts are quite likable. Most of my subscribed podcasts are hosted by Americans so I really like the UK perspective. Sometimes I giggle at the way America is presented and discussed. Especially the health industry one. I find the ratings fun and a...Read full review »

This podcast is incredible! Simon and Tsing do an amazing job with this podcast. I listen to it every single week when a new episode comes out! I would like for there to be an episode with the leaders of Hamas and what the current events of their actions are causing.

This podcast changed my life during the holidays. What was once a monotonous time instantly changed once I discovered this podcast. I’d give it a billion out of ten.

Brilliant podcast. You should do an episode on Dr Mo Ibrahim if you haven’t got that lined up. From mobile phones to a Foundation. 👌 Carl

A wide range of billionaires. I’ve really enjoyed the podcast thus far. The hosts are great. I only wanted to download the Michael Jordan episode but after that I ended up listening to them all. Keep it going.

Listening to Simon and Zing dissect the lives of billionaires is strangely fascinating. It’s a world that I will never know - but it does give me an insight into how they made (and sometimes lost) so much money. I particularly enjoyed the episode about Denise from Bet365 - who knew???

I was so excited to discover this podcast. But after the first episode I’m beyond baffled. I guess I expected journalism not pop culture banter. Opera has done so profound damage especially to United States and US culture and this type of podcast/talk just continues to support that. Super...Read full review »

Fascinating and fun episodes so far but would benefit from more of a variety of voices to give more background and cover a wider range of topics (eg sustainability). Would love to hear from some special guests to mix it up!

I think this a great listen - it seems like the less than positive reviews are based on people’s opinions than the podcast itself. It’s funny, entertaining, informative and I judging gives it a playful edge. Definitely give it a listen!

Was excited to listen. The first half did a decent enough job detailing the rise to Billionaire status but the judgement part is a joke. They gave Jeff Bezos a 10 for “sinister” or something like that based solely on the fact that he’s invested in space travel and looks like mini me. Good grief...Read full review »
