The Good Day Sir Podcast has been a huge help in dealing with all the !FUN! that Salesforce throws my way. I'm currently working my way through the backlog of episodes and finding many instances where John and Jeremy are discussing the exact things I'm trying to figure out. Their inability at times to stay on topic is good thing, as it brings the conversation out of the purely Salesforce-centered views that many of the other podcasts I listened to have.
