Eh, I used to listen but tbh I left when Benton left, gave it one more chance then Emily left and now I’m out.

I don’t trust anyone who cycles through friends/employees as much as this comedian does. There were people on the pod that I used to love to listen to, and then they were gone with no explanation or warning. Such a bummer.

Benton and Emily’s new podcast, “Nice To Be Nice,” premiered Tuesday and is available wherever you get your podcasts. Will they survive without all those interruptions? Listen, follow, rate, and review! (Maybe it’s rude to post this here, but with so many people missing Benton, it seems...Read full review »

The interview with Moran Cerf was the most frustrating I have ever listened to. Searching Moran brought me here. This guy has so many brilliant insights but unfortunately he no more than says a few words and the interviewer goes off on a tangent in another direction. She is a comedian. I get...Read full review »

Love Whitney and the show but it is beyond annoying how she harasses her guests about eating / making any noise and then she starts eating something! You say you have misophonia but don’t care about your listeners enough to not do it yourself? Crazy.

The latest pods have been amazing, I’m obsessed with your comedy! Thank you for your life help and showing us we can grow and change/ get better at anything! I’ve been trying to find the episode where you fought with Benton about a hand pocket… I was hiking when I first heard it and couldn’t...Read full review »

Her interview with Anna Delvey is so cringy… she’s a criminal not some hero! Whitney Cummings is an idiot.

Please, please, please bring on "Paul and Sasha" from "Community News with Paul and Sasha" podcast. You and they make me laugh so hard. Would love to hear you interview them and get to the bottom of the mystery of who they really are.Read full review »

Ugh
After listening to her interview with the wonderful Jay I couldn’t ever listen to her again. You want to feel like an interviewer is in the background and their own ego and insecurities aren’t interjecting everywhere, but no, ugh.

I can’t believe how much you interrupt and talk over your guests. I have never seen anything like it. Bridget Phetasy is an amazing interview if you would’ve let her speak. You made it all about yourself. Even when you let her talk, it was like you were just impatiently waiting for her to stop...Read full review »

I really have to give it to Katie & Whitney for making this one of best of Good For You podcasts. Nice flow and Whitney’s articulate nature was brought out by Katie’s seasoned conversational skills. One to model!!

I sincerely enjoyed her stand ups and when she started the podcast was the first to follow and give it a hear. But oh boy she talks!! Way too much talking for a host. Her personality on the podcast got so annoying to the point that sadly I no longer follow her or her comedy. Please seek someone...Read full review »

I’m giving you a one star for speaking so low of Oxnard. You have fans in Oxnard who support you yet you act like you’re above performing there when celebrities bigger than you go to Oxnard every year for the Dallas cowboys camp. Humble yourself. Used to be a great podcast when Benton was the cohost. Whitney’s pretty unbearable as a host cuz she cuts off everyone or talks over them. She even seemingly tries to one up guests. For someone who claims to be super self aware, she doesn’t seem aware enough to realize she’s kinda super rude and...Read full review »

This is a podcast that you yet have to listen to and let Whitney and her guest just go back and forth like in a real conversation.. if you find it jarring with all the energy just pretend you hearing two people talk that agree to be themselves with microphones on. I prefer this actually to Joe...Read full review »

What’s the point of having guests on if you don’t let them speak!?
Yoouurmama via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 10/08/22
Why does she bother having guests if she won’t let any of them talk? Each episode is over an hour of just her talking and the guest going “haha yeah.” I’ve listened to 4 or so episodes in the hopes that it was just a one-off but it’s her style to interrupt and overpower people (and she talks...Read full review »

I come back to this podcast because it can be funny, as when she was just with her staff. However, the latest one with Kate Siegel could have been very entertaining if the guest had been allowed to speak and topics had been followed somewhat. Someone should make a bingo card with the same things...Read full review »

Just listened to the Kevin Nealon interview. Why does she even have guests? She never shuts up. One of the worst interviewers I’ve heard and her sputtering is headache inducing. Love Nealon and wanted to hear him but had to stop. She’s just too annoying

Funny to hear you speak of your tight ponytail. Just watched your special and why not wear it down? Would have looked prettier on you. On another note, we all miss Benton!!
Charityp via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 08/03/22
You should only listen if you want to hear her speak over every guest. So disrespectful to her guests and listeners. Stop having guests and wasting everyone’s time—I hope Benton is thriving.

I get excited when I see who the guests are but, get so frustrated when I hear the spit build up and mouth clicking before every sentence. Gahhh Whitney interrupts too much. She has great guests but doesn’t let them talk. I was so excited to hear Adam Palley, but I couldn’t get through it because she just kept high-jacking the conversation.

What IS this show? Completely self-centered host who can’t even take a breath to stop talking about herself. Her lack of curiosity about her guests is an abomination. Love Whitney but she can’t be a host. She overpowers the guests so much. They can barely get a word in. Same podcasting style as Bert for sure. Maybe, just don’t have guests like Sarah S.

the fahim anwar episode is strangely fatphobic and sexist on whitney’s part but the podcast is mostly good! maybe when she’s with men she just leans into that thinking they’ll get it.

Tuned in to listen to the legendary Cho be interviewed. It was not an interview, the host is a mess and constantly interrupting and speaks in a cringey rapid, and very disturbing manner. It was basically like watching a 13 year old try to interview an adult. Don’t bother with this one.
