So it’s the end of the season and we felt that called for a round up. Matt gave us his ‘Overall Dream Team’ of the season which spurred Rob reveal his secret weapon… after some careful mathematics. Matt’s usual Stat Attacks brought us to a nice clean end and Mike’s masterly button pressing ended the match in style. Until next season!

So it’s the end of a season and what a final week! With the usual rundown of the week in Fantasy Football focus quickly shifted to Kane and whether he is the best striker in world football at the moment. Along with the regular features the discussion turned in a different direction; In what way should John Terry have to pay for his pre-planned 26th minute substitution? Answers on a postcard!

This week kicked off with a dissection of the week’s Fantasy Football scores before Matt decided to read from the FA rule book regarding Mahrez’s penalty. The main topic was the renaming of stadia and Matt managed to find some of the more hilarious names from around the world.

For the first time in a while we had a full line-up this week! Mike did some investigative journalism and played a clip from his documentary on FPLAMS (Fantasy Premier League Avoidable Mistakes Syndrome) while Matt ranted about the random Friday Fixture. We also renamed Tips and Predictions as well as predicting which match will be the Goal Fest.

The lineup has changed again slightly with Rob joining Dec and Mike for this match. There was plenty of Fantasy Football chat as well as news from the Premier League and from the wider world. Also, after a discussion about Beckham turning 42, Rob gave us his opinions on women in sport as well as his recent holiday.

So once again the numbers have dwindled but regardless Mike and Matt persevered and made their way through it. Beginning with their accurate predictions, and Mike trying his best to be knowledgeable, Matt whipped out more Stat Attacks than you could shake a yellow card at. He also gave an eloquent rebuttal to the now infamous Steven Gerrard clip after his brother was on the phone to tell us dental hygiene facts about some famous footballers. With both Rob and Dec out of the country it meant just Matt and producer Ali joined producer Mike in a 3 up front attacking formation! They discussed “The New X” tags given to footballers, Crystal Palace’s shocking win at the weekend, Matt gave a whole host of stat attacks and the boys revealed how Jamie Vardy nearly became a club rep!

With no Premier League football the guys talked transfer rumours, Joe Hart's inability to save shots on his left-hand side and the fireball of rage that is Duncan Ferguson.

Matt was away this week but managed to find the time to call in, though he instantly regretted it. The rest of the boys discussed Dele Alli and Harry Kane's playground handshake, Frank Sinatra's oversized member, the continuing saga that is Zlatan and Rob harks back to Roy Keane vs Alf-Inge Håland (definitely not tinged with bitterness at Man Utd).
