Barrett’s approach to empathy and pragmatism is truly enjoyable. I also really like how he balances the interview out, so it’s less of a monologue from the guest and more of a conversation. Excited to see where this goes!

This isn't just another interview show. It breaks free from the typical Q&A format, which sets it apart from others in the genre. Each episode feels like a journey of the soul. It’s clear the host, Barrett Brooks, is someone who truly understands the human experience. Expect heartfelt...Read full review »

I love how intentional the questions are and I appreciate the Barrett taking unique angles with popular guests that you don’t commonly hear.

Barrett is a deep thinker who is more concerned with topics like “meaning” and “purpose” and “why” than the clickbait hacks and strategies that most people focus on. And that comes through in all of his conversations. That’s not to say there aren’t practical takeaways in this show. But those...Read full review »

Barrett’s a master conversationalist. The way he simultaneously puts guests at ease and allows them to open up and go deeper on topics, paired up with his friendly approach, makes it feel like you’re in the room with them… like a friend fortunate enough to listen in on a casual chat with insanely...Read full review »

It’s good work inception! Grateful for Barrett and his passion to enter into conversation with some truly amazing creators and thinkers. These are important and uncommon questions about the work we do and the resulting impact it makes on the world. Good work, Barrett!

It’s rare to listen in to insightful and intimate conversations, based on deep research, that inspire others to do good work. Kudos to the host and looking forward to much more!

I’m already loving this podcast. Unlike other interview podcasts that stick to surface level questions, Barrett actually does a ton of research on his guests to ask them questions they don’t normally get asked. He doesn’t just rehash what they’ve shared before in their books or other interviews,...Read full review »

At this point, you can get standard interviews anywhere. What I love about listening to B talk to people is his heart connecting with theirs, his mind walking with theirs on an exploration of all that it can mean to be a human and a creator and a contributor to long-term flourishing. I’m so glad...Read full review »

Back when Barrett was a co-host with Fizzle, I absolutely loved the calm perspective he brought to entrepreneurship and leadership. Love that he’s back with this new show that goes deep on leadership, mission, and creating.

Right out of the gate, the only thing more impressive than the production quality is the quality of conversations Barrett has with his guests. It’s nice to see an interviewer actually get real with the people he’s talking to and share insights that that I haven’t heard elsewhere. Really happy to...Read full review »

I love hearing interviews with mission based leaders and always feel so frustrated when interviews with them keep it “light”, or don’t ask the meaningful questions that really get to the core of how they tick. I can’t wait to tune in to these episodes!
