Wonderful experience
The Goons was the first thing I really got into as a child. All these years later I’ve updated my collection with the Goon Show Compendiums, replaced the Peter Sellers VHSs with Blu-Rays, and bought the almost complete Q series on DVD. It’s wonderful to hear people discussing something that’s been an interest of mine for so long but which few of my friends were aware of. To listen to an hour of enthusiastic free-flowing discussion around the Peter and Sophia LP and George Martin’s role, for example, is not something I thought I’d get to experience. The Goon Show is a landmark of British post-war entertainment and deserves to be kept alive and discussed by a new generation.

Tyler is a very insightful and entertaining presenter and the range...Read full review »
