During this weeks episode of greener fields, Hannah chats with Róisín Bolt who grew up between the Netherlands and Singapore, before moving to Dublin for work. During this weeks conversation, Róisín speaks about her experience growing up in the Netherlands, moving to Singapore when she was 11, studying in Edinburgh and then moving to work in Dublin a few years ago. In this episode Róisín speaks about the transient nature of the expat bubble, her belief that though change is hard it's important, her experience building a community in the different places she's lived and so much more. Róisín also speaks about her decision to solo travel New Zealand by completing the Te Araroa trail, a route that is 3000km long and takes you from the North to the South Island. In this chat she share's the highs and lows of this experience, what she learned about herself and life along the way, what and where adventure now is to her and the importance of trusting the process throughout it all, so make sure to give this very special conversation a listen.
