When April's mum first got sick she began to reevaluated things, recognising what was most important to her in life. Since then April has truly embraced her love of hiking and exercise while also founding her own social hike group for all levels, Sliabh Hiking in May 2022. During this chat April speaks about how her own passion for the outdoors and connection has influence her life, the value of bringing people together as well as the importance of pursing your dreams.
