“This podcast is a joyous reliving of what it was like to delve into the wonderful (but sometimes somewhat confusing) realms of the first edition of Advanced Dungeons and Dragons ruleset. The guys clearly have a deep love and reverence for the game, but their approach is always open and cheerful - almost like Merry & Pippin in their first journey out of the Shire. Sure, they occasionally get mired in esoteric details and edge case rulings, but always bring the listener back with wondering 'What would Gary have done?'
