Always enjoy following Connie on Instagram and her podcast is just an extension of that. Here, she gets stuck into really interesting topics with her guests and always gives an honest and open take on everything. Love listening to this on my walks.

Connie reverts all conversations back to herself, shows no empathy to guests on, just quickly takes conversation back to her own journey, it gets frustrating. Otherwise great guests. Potential is there.

First time I’ve got into podcasts and I literally look forward these each week! As a working mum, I don’t have time to sit and watch tv so listening to these in the bath and on the way to work. Connie is such an inspirational woman when it comes to motherhood, healthy lifestyles, well-being....Read full review »

I have learnt so much from this podcast especially the most recent one with Simone. I’ve been enjoying listening to all the episodes on my daily walks. The episode with Alex founder of Social pantry was also brilliant. Would recommend Growing Up Female to everyone!

I like the candid conversations and variety of guests but it gets a little bit annoying when the host keeps interrupting the guest.. The latest podcast with Molly especially! Apart from that I enjoy the podcast!

I absolutely loved this episode. This was a very informative and interesting listen. I learnt more in this hour then I learned in school. I shared this with my cousin who is studying medicine because I thought she would love it too.

Nice podcast covering a variety of topics with guests from different spheres of life and knowledge. However I find the host tends to cut into the guests’ answers and arguments to speak about herself and put her own opinions through, which is generally fine but it gets a bit irritating when she...Read full review »

The episode with the Dr Anita Mitra was so informative. But unfortunately I felt that Connie kept cutting the Dr off mid sentence and talked about herself so much. I’m sorry, but it got a little distracting. Other than that, some good info.
