Sophie, Heidi and Ned are joined by journalist and writer Yomi Adegoke to talk about the best ways to revel in precious free time. Sophie talks about the dangers and blessings of monetising your hobby, Ned reveals his inner gaming nerd, Heidi investigates whether procrastination leads to creativity and Steve Ali workshops his refugee CV.
