Recently became a listener! I’ve found a lot of information in this podcast. I love how how honest and up front both of you ladies are. I would like to request an episode about macros and calculating them. I have been recently struggling to figure out calories I need to eat as someone who works out for 1-1.5 hours 4-5 days a week in strength training. Also, what under eating and/or over eating can do to your goals. <3
