“I have had ulcerative colitis since a child but not diagnosed until I was 35 years old. I have suffered my whole life but had a flare up so bad just over two years ago and had a million and one other issues come of it and I haven’t healed since. I have tried doctors (zero help), medication, naturopath, elimination diet, fitness coaches, etc and still active colitis. I stumbled across The Gutsy podcast and really love it! I also love Tristan and Juanique! I am obsessed! I love everything talked about and your personalities. I found Juanique on Instagram and so excited to follow along. I am so sad to catch up on all the podcasts, I have listened so much in social isolation lol (covid 19). I would love a crohns and colitis podcast someday. My case seems to be so different from others cases and I hope someday to figure out and heal my body so I can move on with my life. You guys give me hope! A+ podcast”
