“I'm SO glad to have found this podcast. I'm dealing with mold, lyme, and yeast infections on top of my autoimmune disease and now a likely soon to be diagnosis of Addison's. I've been feeling useless and terrible!! My husband is a chiro focused on nutrition to treat chronic illness, and--similar to the host Jaunique--led a loved one through all the natural and holistic things available in the States and elsewhere during a cancer journey. The glioblastoma won out in the end and we were all devastated when his brother and the father of 8 passed away at age 36. I've really been trying to do things differently since then. But these recent hits on my immune system have been a beast and I've been soo discouraged. We havenβt gotten to the root of things quite yet. These podcasts lift and refocus me every time and I so much appreciated the time that is put into providing them for us all! Seriously, I think they are saving me at times. Thank you so much to Juanique and her great team. My only complaints are that recently, there seem to be very little of the natural pause that happens at the end of a sentence, and the response feels very rushed. It seems like maybe the production team has taken out all the "dead space" of the interview but it seems almost a bit frantic/hurried to me, and I don't need any more frantic in my life! (Also, Juanique uses the word "literally" way too often and often incorrectly. But hey, for free info that is this great, I can deal with that! π )”Read full review »

I have been looking for a comparison of organ meats from wild animals to beef. But I...”Read full review »

“The titles on each episode completely draw me in. Their knowledge is unbelievable and I want to absorb it all. My only negative is that each episode they stray off topic into something else and then try to get back on the main topic. I am sometimes still left with questions on the topic they are...”Read full review »
