“I used to love these affirmations, but recently, the experience has changed. The addition of ads in the middle of the episodes interrupts the affirmations, which defeats the purpose in my opinion. Moreover, the host's voice, which used to be very relaxing, has changed, and it just doesn't have the same calming effect anymore.
