Every morning I listen to the previous days hack episode, then my partner and I talk about it over dinner & it’s become our favourite part of the day- a staple in our house and I love it! Love how Dave talks about serious issues that are relevant to all of us, but breaks it down in and easy...Read full review »

Pleaaaase change it back to the old format. New format is harder to listen too than one full episode.

I’m a huge Hack fan and have listened for years, but the new format where stories are uploaded as separate podcasts is a horrible user/ listener experience. When walking/running/driving I just want to listen, not work out what I am up to. Please change it back!

This is an awesome podcast I just love it ❤️💕

Great content. But can only give 2 stars as haven’t been able to finish listening to podcast as the background music is too loud and overtakes the talking. Sorry I won’t be listening any more due to this. Don’t recommend podcast - too frustrating to listen too with irritating background music.

I’m sorry but Avani is just so painful to listen to. I don’t like feeling frustrated every two minutes when she interrupts guests in a whiney tone of voice!!! It is unbearable and I think if they don’t change the host soon I will stop listening, I just can notttt handle !!!! Ange McCormack is way...Read full review »

I’m way outside the target audience for this podcast but I enjoy the intelligent approach and topics. I love that the anchor gives interviewees short shrift especially when they are politicians avoiding answers!

I’ve had to stop listening due to the lack of objectivity and balance delivered by Dias. I gave it a chance after Tom left but wow no improvement in the quality of the content and depth of research.

Oh my god this host just does not stop attacking and interrupting politicians. The host should go and talk the families of victims who have been killed by dangerous youth and then decide whether you want them out in the public. Ughhhh can’t listening anymore. So self righteous.
paninishekakjd via Apple Podcasts · Australia · 02/09/21
Great potential but there is usually a big slant with the topics they discuss. Guests are heavily invested in their opinion, and the guests they have on vary in quality - not abnormal for a regular show.

Thanks for all your episodes for the last few years. Do not swear

the presenters of hack make this show so engaging, and australians are hilarious when they call in. i look forward to the friday episodes every week.

Used to be one of my favourite places for news, now I listen sporadically and remember why I stopped listening. The new Ebony host is terrible. So rude and aggressive, I come here to become informed not to have Ebony’s heavy political bias. I don’t like how she speaks on behalf of young people so...Read full review »

It would be great if the host could stop interrupting guests to ask a non relevant question or raise another invalid point. Bring back the old host who at least tried to maintain a balanced view of the world.

I only discovered to this podcast last year but I listen to it every day. I love their straight-to-the-point, no nonsense, no faffing approach to interviews. Knowledgeable & engaging hosts and credible guest speakers. Thanks Triple J team for keeping us informed on the current issues going on...Read full review »

I listen to this podcast daily and I love it! I sometimes wish I could contribute but I always forget to turn on my radio at the right time 😅

Every day is the same thing, I can see your passion Av in certain topics but I’m bored. Not to mention taking sides, you always talk over people that are against your opinion and let the other side dribble on whilst approving. I’m glad TT has a new daily podcast, I can finally fill the news...Read full review »

Unbelievably shallow and trite leftist drivel. These “enlightened” young know alls are the characters we used to laugh at. Teen politics in the leftist echo chamber. Don’t waste your time.

I need to stay connected to the Aussie wisdom, the lucid Aussie perspective of the world, Avani’s hawt voice (😍!), and the Aussie lingo, accent, and culture. Being outside of Australia is challenging, but while overseas this podcast is unfashionably invaluable! Five 🌟 stars out of five. No, 10...Read full review »

I love hack! Thanks to the whole team. Been listening for more than a decade. If you think it’s left leaning, it’s because many of the issues youths face are supported by left leaning political groups. Take it from someone who is no longer a youth 😂 Avani is new in the role and has massive shoes...Read full review »

The Friday shakeup- get some decent guests on the show who are experts in the recent events of the week instead of two randoms. If you want to hear from the public then let them call in and talk normally instead of having two random guests talk nonsense for 30minutes. And the new host needs to...Read full review »

Love love love Hack! Because I am home before it comes on the radio I listen to it every morning as I get ready for work. It’s a great way to get that daily dose of current affairs and their topics almost always align with my interests. Some people say the reporting is biased, I say they are just...Read full review »

I love listening to Hack almost every evening. I also think Avani is doing such a great job (big props!) It doesn’t happen too often but when the episode is unable to be streamed it’s a bit frustrating!
jaiden_jb via Apple Podcasts · Australia · 04/06/20
Noticed that the episode was unavailable, then had issues opening it, and when I eventually did listen it was cut off at 12 mins. Not angry or stressed, just curious.

I’m so glad I found this podcast: I’m studying in France at the moment, and this show has allowed me to never fall fall behind the times back home. In fact I think I’m now more informed than I was back home 😂. There’s a good range of stories covered, plus prominent guests all the time, and the...Read full review »

Why has this podcast turned into one premised on moral and political binaries? Every question and segment is framed as ‘is A right or is B right?’, and barely any of the problems you discuss have a clear left or right answer - there is a need for balance and more nuance. This is turning into a...Read full review »

Awesome podcast most of the time. I don’t like the new presenters though they often talk over guests and don’t let them finish. Bring back Tom Tilley and will be a great podcast again
