This approach allows for more in-depth planning and a higher success rate.Break your goals into subtasks to make them feel more achievable and to clearly see the progression towards your larger goal.Planning can be more emotional than we tend to think of it. We need to be mindful of self-criticism and negative internal dialogues that can arise during the planning process and give ourselves the time it deserves.
