I love this podcast! He does such a great job of balancing education, validating those with adhd, and offering support in a way that actually help adhd-ers make life improvements. My mom (who doesn’t have adhd) has always had a hard time understanding why I am the way I am. I shared this podcast...Read full review »

I miss the real raw podcast, when it was just you giving actual tips, not guests trying to sell us stuff, and platforms which distract from just keeping our processes simple. Quite a few guests just taking Pseudo-profundity shoving a bunch legitimate concepts but from different incompatible...Read full review »

Great but you really lost me on this last episode where the guest compares inflation in the gut to undocumented immigrants. Maybe try to get guests who don’t have the bottomline of selling a product or idea to our community.

I found this show and was instantly hooked and telling everyone about it. I love that the episodes are short and sweet, filled with resource after resource. It’s given me acceptance of being out of the box and the curiosity to learn more!

What a great podcast! I tried many ADHD podcasts but this one is the best. Short, objective, offers solutions! Makes me feel included and realise that more people are facing similar struggles as me. Thanks for that! I also appreciate how hard may be for the author to focus on producing it, so...Read full review »

In true ADHD form, I’ve gone through phases of listening to a lot of different podcasts about ADHD. I tend to find a few episodes that are of interest and then find then find episodes to be repetitive. This podcasts keeps me coming back over and over. I’m really glad I stumbled on this podcast. William is amazing. I seriously feel like he must have been following me around my whole life, with how much he “gets it”. Think of it like this, some people are normal.. well.. actually…MOST people are normal in our world. But you know who isn’t normal? Every single flippin superhero. You know who else isn’t normal? Neurodivergents. Honestly, I don’t see any difference between us and superheroes. We have...Read full review »

It is quite amazing to hear someone describe my life so specifically when he is, in fact, describing his own. I’m almost taken aback at how precisely (and I suppose predictably) all my behaviors that I struggle with are described here. It is a very strange feeling to think that all these issues...Read full review »

This is the most helpful ADHD podcast I have found so far. He sometimes gives personal examples, and you feel that he’s really...Read full review »

I think this is a very important topic. However, the dietitian was so difficult to understand. She appeared to have vocal fry. Why she couldn’t enunciate and speak clearer I don’t know.
