I listen to this podcast at the beginning of every day to get in the right mindset. My favorite part about this podcast is they are short and sweet, to the point. Also, majority of tools can be implemented immediately which can be very rewarding.

I understand exactly what you are saying and it’s my style of communication. Brief intro of what to expect, then dive in and leave room for thought, explaining everything you’re talking about, reminders to be kind to myself, and concluding with bullet points and where to find notes from each...Read full review »

I was diagnosed a year ago at the age of 21 with combined type ADHD. No one in my immediate family has ADHD (diagnosed at least) so this means a ton of navigating on my own. I found hacking your ADHD by randomly searching one day and I say this with confidence that I have my life back. I no...Read full review »

Out of all the many podcasts regarding ADHD with ADULTS, (not only those diagnosed later in life, unlike myself at age 14-16), yours has been honestly life changing. LIFE CHANGING. I appreciate you and all the guests you carefully select. You hear this often..I am sure about that. However please...Read full review »

Update: I’m impressed that you listened to feedback and immediately changed course, thank you. Great but you really lost me on this last episode where the guest compares inflation in the gut to undocumented immigrants. My ADHD only came to light in my mid-fifties. I felt such relief finding a community that gets my weird. This podcast has been incredibly helpful in learning to function the way MY brain wants, instead of failing repeatedly to function the way our larger society expects. Thanks for the life lessons

I love this podcast! He does such a great job of balancing education, validating those with adhd, and offering support in a way that actually help adhd-ers make life improvements.
