My ADHD only came to light in my mid-fifties. I felt such relief finding a community that gets my weird. This podcast has been incredibly helpful in learning to function the way MY brain wants, instead of failing repeatedly to function the way our larger society expects. Thanks for the life lessons

I don’t have ADHD but definitely have trouble focusing and staying on track. The host has a nice, conversational style and recaps the main tips at the end. I’m only a few episodes in but already have picked up some tricks that I haven’t heard elsewhere.

latest episode had quite a dodgy sounding vitamin ad right at the start, the points they gave defiantly stretching the truth of the benefits while drowning you in buzzwords… felt quite odd coming from your voice .
