My son is reassessing how ADHD affects his life in college as a young adult and the clear examples with actionable strategies for solutions is invaluable and life changing. William has a calm supportive voice and my son and I enjoy listening to the short podcasts together then discussing how the strategies might work in his life. I mostly appreciate how William does not spend much time explaining ADHD. Most of the information available about ADHD is about how to understand ADHD not what to do about it. Having someone as a guide who successfully lives with ADHD and has strategies for dealing with the challenging effects of living without strong executive functioning skills is inspiring.”
