Since the episodes are relatively short (less than 20 minutes), it’s easy for me to stay engaged and actually listen. There have been a few episodes that absolutely gutted me emotionally (in a good way) because for the first time, I felt validated in how I could feel like I’m trying so hard I could burn out, and others would insist I’m not trying hard enough.”
