Very helpful!
It is quite amazing to hear someone describe my life so specifically when he is, in fact, describing his own. I’m almost taken aback at how precisely (and I suppose predictably) all my behaviors that I struggle with are described here. It is a very strange feeling to think that all these issues are just a part of ADHD, when I had just come to accept that they were a defective aspect of myself.
