Precious, well researched, useful, smart, a treat.
A delight. A small adjustment would be to go just a bit less fast on some of the content that is way more dense with ideas and observations, tips etc... than other podcasts. So it is worth it to let it "resonate" in people's heads, a bit like a lesson. Maybe experiment with a few more pauses for breath, or try telling it to someone that does not know the topic in advance to see if it helps. Overall, it is like a precious gem, great to listen to and short and to the point. The situations "feel like home" and the advices are really practical and useful.
