Really appreciate this show
After getting suspicious that I might have ADHD as an adult, I started looking for podcasts that might help me cope with this news. I’ve really appreciated how relatable the host is and the folks he interviews. So many times I have caught myself nodding my head up and down and just mouth wide open in utter shock that the way I think and behave isn’t unique to me, and it has made me feel less alone and more confident that there is hope for me. it has also given me more confidence to pursue a treatment plan. (My one teeny tiny gentle criticism—and I include this more as a kind of joke—is that with some sensory issues I have, the intro music is not for me! I have to turn it down or skip through it 🤓.

I like that these podcasts are quick and to the point. I am a new listener to the show and I look forward to listening to every episode from the 1st episode up to the current episode. Thanks for putting these together. Super helpful!

Unlike most other podcasts, if one goes episode-by-episode right from their pilot episode, a confluence of useful (and thought provoking) notions evolve. Keep up the good work.
