Non guest episodes are the best for ADHD, others not so much…
I miss the real raw podcast, when it was just you giving actual tips, not guests trying to sell us stuff, and platforms which distract from just keeping our processes simple. Quite a few guests just taking Pseudo-profundity shoving a bunch legitimate concepts but from different incompatible disciplines together. With you kinda nodding along, Great example of ADHD but not particularly useful podcast. At least I know know my gut bacteria is determined by my star sign… or maybe it’s the other way around. Looking forward to getting the info podcasts back. I just wish some guests realised that correlation ≠ causation. But tbh your slowly getting better at reining them in.

This podcast is so “actionable” and that’s exactly what ADDers like me need....Read full review »

I don’t have ADHD but definitely have trouble focusing and staying on track. The host has a nice, conversational style and recaps the main tips at the end. I’m only a few episodes in but already have picked up some tricks that I haven’t heard elsewhere.
