Check this out… helpful, down to earth, easy to listen to
This is the most helpful ADHD podcast I have found so far. William has a wonderful ability to be vulnerable and relatable while also being very good at presenting practical, tested tips for ways to work with or “hack” our ADHD. He sometimes gives personal examples, and you feel that he’s really coming from a place of living day to day and in the moment with the quirks and strengths and challenges of our neurodiverse condition. He does a very helpful review of the main points at the end of many of his episodes. Even better, he shows empathy and kindness that none of us are perfect and it’s ok to just try to do our best, and sometimes we will make mistakes. Please check it out. (The other ADHD Rewired podcasts are very good too.)

I listen to ADHD reWired and ADHD Essentials. I love them both, but I appreciate the shorter podcasts with tools drilled down. I plan to have my family listen to them.

I think you had valid questions, and I found myself turning the volume down when she spoke because it was so...Read full review »
