Accessible, beneficial, and engaging
I absolutely love this podcast. Will presents information in a cohesive, engaging, and productive way. Productive meaning that he shares information alongside application examples, then revisits the key points at the end. This really helps me to retain and apply his suggestions, rather than zoning out and then realizing I’m two podcast episodes past where I started. I highly recommend this for both ADHD and neurodiverse folks, but also think it would be beneficial for neurotypical folks

As an older adult recently diagnosed with ADHD, this podcast has been my go-to source of information for setting up better structures to support my success and well-being. I’m sharing it with others in the ADHD tribe, too.

I listen to ADHD reWired and ADHD Essentials. I love them both, but I appreciate the shorter podcasts with tools drilled down. I plan to have my family listen to them.

Compact and useful. No fluff or small talk. Really, really helpful and enjoyable. Love it! Thank you!
