An ADHD Awareness Must!
I’m 29 going on 30 and only diagnosed a few years ago. I did my share of reading articles to try and better my management so I can use this super power but nothing was specifically geared to my real world situations. After listening to Will explain how our minds work and how, SPECIFICALLY, to use reminders, “Processing Emails”, and much more, it just clicked and I feel a huge burden has been lifted. Things I “knew” before but unable to start or whatever, suddenly make total sense! Literally life-changing! I refer everyone to this podcast, ADHD or not.

I’ve gotten a lot of great information from this podcast. I like how he helps me deal with the myriad of common everyday ADHD issues in a practical way. I even look forward to his “moment of dad.” I highly recommend this show to help reduce the frustration that ADHD brain brings.
