Relatable, useful — and concise
Although I have never seen a doctor about it, I did begin to suspect a couple years ago that I might have ADHD and sought out some podcasts and other resources that might help me with my symptoms. I quickly found the content relatable and the tips helpful in managing problems like forgetfulness and time blindness. What I love about “Hacking” is that Curb jumps right in, there are no meandering conversations with guests, and the episodes tend to be less than 20 minutes long, which means my focus doesn’t wander. Other ADHD podcasts infuriated me with 45+ minute-long episodes, during which I would have to pause and rewind because I kept zoning out. This one is a great resource.

I don’t have ADHD but definitely have trouble focusing and staying on track. The host has a nice, conversational style and recaps the main tips at the end. I’m only a few episodes in but already have picked up some tricks that I haven’t heard elsewhere.

I’ve gotten a lot of great information from this podcast. I like how he helps me deal with the myriad of common everyday ADHD issues in a practical way. I even look forward to his “moment of dad.” I highly recommend this show to help reduce the frustration that ADHD brain brings.
