Genuinely helpful
I’m always the person who reads the self-help books or listens to the advice podcasts and winds up thinking, “Great- I already know/do all of this,” or “Tried it.” This guy has some genuinely helpful advice and techniques that I haven’t already tried. It’s nice to hear specific, creative suggestions that actually help, and at the very least, aren’t just the vague same old same old that I’ve heard and tried over and over again. He even manages to communicate some of those vague general ideas in new ways and with specific examples that enable me to see them in a different light and try applying them differently. Great pod. Very helpful.

So much good stuff is packed into these episodes. I want to listen again with a notepad to help me remember all these great skills.
