“I started listening to this podcast thinking it was an insiders take on the inner workings of Hollywood. Great!
The last episode proved to be nothing of the kind.
If I wanted pseudo scientific nonsense from entitled elites I'd read GOOP. That's my mantra or do I actually mean advice? But let's start with dream analysis. Not a thing. If you have to read a book to learn what something in your dream meant then that isn't what it meant. The reasoning that crocodiles universally mean the same thing to every person in their dreams is ludicrous. Bother to think about it for a second.
This gave me a preview of the intellectual musings that were to come. the IgG test. The whole 30. So, so much misinformation. If you want to engage in practices that haven't been accepted as effective in anyway by the medical community and that can actually be harmful to your health if not done properly that's your call, but advising others to engage in them when you are not an expert is irresponsible. I urge everyone to do research on this subject before jumping to conclusions and consult an an ACREDITED doctor.
