Solid start, looking forward to more
I look forward to writing another review for this podcast in a few months. I hope that by then Gretchen and her sister Elizabeth are more comfortable with the podcasting format, and that the show feels less like a radio segment, and more like a friendly, personal, informative conversation. I just listened to the first episode, and it felt like the sisters were reading from a script. I listen to podcasts because they offer something different than blog posts…I don’t want to hear a short, undeveloped skimming of the surface. That’s what bullet points in a blog post are for. Again, I’m looking forward to seeing how Happier matures. I fully expect the first few episodes of any new podcast to be a bit rusty…heres hoping that Gretchen and Elizabeth can get more comfortable with the format. Also, there’s no need to interrupt the flow of the conversation with random little interludes reminding listeners how to find you on Twitter. We all know how to Google. A quick “we’ll include all relevant links in the show notes” is all people need.

This is a great podcast. Exactly what I was looking for in a podcast: inspiring, thought provoking, and a positive way to start the day!
