Human, accessible, and great at listening and considering other perspectives, Gretchen and Liz are a DELIGHT! I always learn something new and get a little laugh from each podcast. “Happier” is definitely one of the favorites in my queue.

How about wearing the same one from previous years and have the option that those who want to can purchase another T shirt in the current year.

Just a tip that a 1 minute long episode doesn’t require a 1 minute long advertisement at the beginning. Unfortunate because I want to like the podcast, but that being the first ep I listening to quickly made me lose interest. Ok tip shared about pickpockets, I suppose, but could have been added...Read full review »

Absolutely love all of Gretchen’s books and Liz’s wisdom. Your podcast is fresh, insightful, and a joy to listen to. BUT I sure wish Liz would keep it refined and classy by not taking the Lord’s name in vain. I know some people view this habit as a mere colloquialism, but many of us find this...Read full review »

I’ve been listening and enjoying this podcast for over 5 years. Recently, however, I’m really disappointed in the long segment of advertising for a tax service in the guise of a discussion about time management or achieving goals.

Finding this podcast has proven to be like finding the good at the end of the rainbow. I love how fun and easy to listen it is yet it has such an immediate and profound impact on making my life happier. I can’t recommend this podcast enough. Thanks Gretchen and Elizabeth for what you do!

I’d usually never complain about this, but the ads have taken a lot of the joy out of the podcast for me. The most recent “interview” series of ads with the tax software company have really taken things too far for me. I used to love the show, but I’m really disappointed by this.

I used to enjoy the podcast but now the show has too many commercials. It is fine to make some money from your hard work but now I find myself annoyed when another commercial starts. They are long and tedious

I loved reading the Happiness Project, but I was disturbed by the Four Tendencies. One type (Gretchen’s) was the model citizen, employee, friend and person.
