Great show, great ideas
I’m a Naturopathic Doctor and find the ideas and concepts in your podcast so helpful in my practice. Helping people make life changes is what I do, so Thank You both for such helpful info. I only started listening this year after reading The Happiness Project which my therapist recommended. I then listen to The Five Senses on audiobook. I started at the beginning of the episodes so I’m only at episode 203 and loving it!! A funny fact, I’m named after Laura Ingalls Wilder. Keep the amazing content coming ladies it is appreciated maybe more than you realize. Laura Grant from Orillia, Ontario, Canada

More reviews of Happier with Gretchen Rubin
Happier is a terrific podcast, with Gretchen and her sister providing both interesting and entertaining information and tips in a lively and thoughtful manner. The contrast but plain deep connection between the two sisters is engaging, lively and fun.

I LOVE these podcasts! I listened to the first eight all at once a couple of weeks ago. They are fresh, fun, and informative. Could hardly wait for last week's episode and I eagerly await the next one. One of the highlights of my week!Read full review »

I really enjoyed this podcast. I liked the easy conversation between Gretchen Rubin and her sister Elizabeth Craft and the topics of introducing happier habits into your life. Looking forward to future episodes!
