I found this podcast after suffering from anxiety in the postpartum period. My anxiety was not related to my baby but more the trauma and hormones I wasn’t prepared for.. I sought medical help when I was severely distressed and vulnerable.. this podcast has validated and explained my thoughts, anxiety and symptoms, and made me realise that I didn’t have the care I needed or deserved from my GP and my therapist. I truely believed I was hopeless and broken.
