Soul sister!
I just started listening to this podcast and at first I got stressed out bc I was driving on the freeway and she talks really fast and I need calm when I drive. BUT when I started listening to what she was saying I felt like I was listening to a long lost friend and we were catching up. Her stories and the way she puts her sentences together resonated with me in a way that I felt related to her. I can’t wait to read the book. I wish she was my friend bc she has a self awareness I haven’t found in most ppl I know. And that is interesting to me bc I’m very much in my head and I constantly need to go in and take back control from my ego running rampant in my head. I also do a lot of stretching to release the emotions that get stuck in my body. It makes my body looser and airier and allows me to feel things without reacting bc emotions are able to flow through my body and not get stuck. I just wanted to share that in hope that she will see it and try it for herself. She said she feels everything intensely and wishes she could cut her feelings by 50%. It’s a lot of energy to deal with and I like that she talks about it and I like how fast she talks bc it forces me to focus and keep up which is good practice to pay attention. I’m so glad to have found this. I will be listening to all of it. 💜🌸🌺💃🤞🎉🙏
