“I am not one to write reviews, for anything. However, this podcast is slowly changing my life. I am a religious studies major from a liberal arts college in Indiana. Throughout my time in college, my perception of religion has grown, but at the same time become much more critical. I have been questioning everything I grew up believing and this has cause me to become purposefully distant from religion. My faith is much more pure away from "the church" because it is entirely a personal experience between myself and my God. It is no longer about family, or church pressures or commitments, or even worshiping in public is something that makes my skin crawl. This series has been a light in my life. I have a positive force in my life, as opposed to the untrusting and cynical outlook. Before this, my world was very black and white and I have been swimming in grey. My stage in life right now is asking, debating, and arguing the most fundamental thoughts I have about the world, but this podcast has brought peace that I have not known in over 6 years. This is a practice that we all should give any book that has meaning to you. Please! Do yourself a favor and sit aside 30 minutes of your day today and soak up this program.”Read full review »

“Good initiative. Relieved that the book reading is in a British accent. However, is it just going to be a book reading? Audio Clip teaser should have an excerpt of the discussion or gleaning of knowledge and wisdom, otherwise it just seems like an audio cd of the books. Is it like a book club...”Read full review »
