Local, transparent, organic, sustainable. These are the buzz words of the food movement that is catching on all across the country. And chef Keith Snow is nothing less than a seasoned veteran, well versed in all aspects of getting people back in the kitchen, bringing real food back to the table and keeping it there. It is refreshing to hear a strong voice in this movement who does not hail from one of the large metropolitan areas (a la the Brooklyn food scene). Keith keeps it simple and each podcast is practical for right now, whether it be food sourcing, harvesting, preparation, or preservation. Keith will keep whetting your appetite to get out there and do it for yourself. And his personal anecdotes, habits (love the ice tea breaks!) and family only add to the charm of the show. Keep up the good work, sir!
