Rambling, misinformation, repeating ad nauseam, irritating pacing. Nope.

Interesting story collection about cooking with eggs. But hey, don’t blame the kids for confusion at the end. It was a pretty disorganized mess before Garret showed up.

Really enjoys Chef Snow’s tangents and expertise on cooking, ingredients, resourcefulness. Also enjoy updates and tidbits on family and life. Always enjoyable and one of my favorite podcasts.

Most of the show is the host getting distracted and talking about unrelated things

Liked some of the recipes and info until he suddenly revealed that he dislikes Mexico because it's dirty and doesn't like going to Providence anymore because of the gay people.Read full review »

I learned about Keith Snow through TSP. I purchased his cookbook and believe he knows his stuff. Great recipes! Seems like a great person. My complaint about the podcast: so much rambling, too much personal info, eating and drinking while recording, even included bathroom breaks, and now to get...Read full review »

Great show when he's actually talking about cooking. Sorry learn to edit. Don't need to hear you slurping on drinks, your kids interrupting, the weather today, or some pretty animal outside your window.Read full review »

I listened to a couple of episodes. It didn't sound professionally done. Too rambling. Could use some editing or maybe follow a script. I love listening to podcasts while I do work around the house, but this one isn't my thing.Read full review »

Chef Keith is da bomb! His podcast is flavorful and fun. Don’t let this tough guy from Jersey fool you! While he enjoys the heat down south nowadays, i think he would be just as happy in Montana cooking up so seasonal food in the mountains. All kidding aside, i love the show. A great podcast to listen to. You might want to eat something prior to listening if you don’t you will be hungry while listening. He teaches you to cook and bake with fresh or unprocessed food.

If your not then you aren't living. As Jack Spirko often say when listening to Chef Keith Snow, get ready to be hungry. So true, not only will you become hungry, you will also learn how to focus on technique, not following a recipe. From a United States Navy Senior Chief, thank you Keith...Read full review »

I am going to unsubscribe to this podcast after listening to the growing lettuce show. The first show I listened to had a segment about sprouts. I'm all for sprouts, but then he goes on to say how sprouts are proof that evolution isn't real. Next thing you know he'll start saying the world is flat. 1/4 of a show is all I could stomach of this guy.Read full review »

I stopped listening.
