More than just cooking!
The Harvest Eating Podcast is about more than just cooking. Chef Snow helps the listener integrate good food into everyday life through information, recipies, and family stories. His enthusiasm is contagious and inspires the listener to try new ideas in the garden and in the kitchen. Keith's cooking tips remove the itimidation factor from cooking, making it easy to create healthy and tasty food for your family. The stories about life around his farm and the little familiy interruptions bring light and touching aspect to the podcast. I encourage everyone to listen to the podcasts for both learning and entertainment. Chef Snow's website has great (free) recipes and information. We use his seasonings, olive oil, and pasta sauces to compliment the produce from our own garden. Our favorites are the Montreal Steak Spice and Grilled Chicken Spice. In 2012, RFD TV began showing the Harvest Eating TV show where you can learn more about local food sources and cooking.Read full review »

This is my second review of this podcast. The show continues to get better with each episode. Going to 3/week would be awesome.
