Very educational and interesting!
I have been listening to this podcast for a couple months now, and gone back to his shows from last summer. I am a total city-slicker trying to change my families eating to fresh and health. Keith Snow has taught me so much about cooking and eating that I feel like I have taken weeks of cooking lessons from him. Every podcast is educational and I enjoy the stories of his travels to France, and his family life on the farm. When my financial situation gives me more fun money, I can't wait to become a member of his city to access all the recipes he has. Until then, I will absorb all of his content I can. If you enjoy the podcast, and can afford it, PLEASE buy his cookbook, join his site as a member and even support his sponsors. It will keep this podcast going for all of us, and those videos he has created are also an incredible tool!Read full review »

Really enjoys Chef Snow’s tangents and expertise on cooking, ingredients, resourcefulness. Also enjoy updates and tidbits on family and life. Always enjoyable and one of my favorite podcasts.

I listened to a couple of episodes. It didn't sound professionally done. Too rambling. Could use some editing or maybe follow a script. I love listening to podcasts while I do work around the house, but this one isn't my thing.Read full review »
