“This podcast is great for experienced chefs and beginners like myself. Chef Keith teaches you how to make the simple things you would normally buy at the grocery store: pancake mix, bread, yogurt, salad dressings, ect. This can be quite a budget saver! He also gives great general food knowledge. Such as, how a ton of our food is overly packed with antibiotics, pesticides, sugar, and steroids. Chef Keith and his family seem to be a great role model for all of us Americans who are trying to have a "un- American" actual healthy life style. If you don't know what " the local food movement" is, you definitely need to listen to this podcast! Also, Mr. snow doesn't just teach you simple recipes. He is all about seasonal cooking and has a wide variety of recipes in his cookbook.”Read full review »
