“I found out about the Harvest Eating podcast last week and have listened to 15 or so, so far. The episodes cover topics from setting up a Kitchen Garden to what equipment to stock your kitchen with to what you should know when eating the food you eat. He's opinionated about food (you should be, you eat it too) and though some topics weren't of interest (the kitchen equipment one), others were near and dear to me (real milk).
Though this is off topic, if you like the podcast and are interested in more food related podcasts, try the Deconstructing Dinner one (the show is focused on Canada, but does touch on issues affecting all in North America and the world).
If you like food, what to look for and getting a good overview of understanding it, listen to Keith and then explore on your own. The podcast will open your eyes and if you think it's just about food, you're wrong. It's about living well, appreciating where you food comes from and encouraging you to learn and do.”
