Floods in Spain kill 95, three-day mourning declared

Spain has declared three days of mourning after it was hit by the deadliest floods in three decades. The floods triggered by torrential rain have killed at least 95 people in the country.
The U.S. Federal Reserve has slashed interest rates by 25 basis points, to a target range of 4.5 percent to 4.75 percent.
