“I also am someone who doesn’t have PCOS and I am done having children. There is still so much relevant content to consume on women’s health. I quite literally binged so many episodes and what stuck out to me the most was cycle syncing. In the past, I would try to grab heathy foods with no real plan or knowledge of what my body needed that week. Knowing what will fuel my body week to week is so helpful when choosing groceries. I am also currently still on an SSRI 2 years postpartum and looking to remove that. Most women aren’t very aware of their cycle to this degree but I’m ready to shout it from the rooftops!”
