Description
Keith Robinson from Ireland is our guest on today's episode. Our similar backgrounds were uncanny as we discovered that not only did we share similar professional backgrounds but also in our childhood endeavors. The story of how he came into the field of health and wellness was quite interesting and his own personal experimentation had him experience true reversal in his vascular health. His education about nitric oxide and how it can literally melt plaque in the cardiovascular system was truly an enlightening situation for Keith. Now he is passionate about teaching and coaching others for better health and vitality in their one rights. The live raw fruits and vegetables provides the missing nutrition for the body to repair itself. His family background in the distribution of spirits including Guinness as far back as his grandfather who taught him the proper bottling techniques for bottling the Guinness product from the large kegs they were originally shipped in. His reference to Ass and Cart reminded me of the mules my father and grandfather used for plowing and planting on our family farm as well. His explanation about blood flow and high blood pressure and how it affects our health and the human body. You will be extremely enlightened by the information and education that Keith shares during our discussion.
