Enjoyed the podcast!
I really enjoyed the information in the podcast regarding the 10-15 minute workouts. I learned that instead of doing my two long workouts for strength, it’s better to do 3 to 4 shorter ones like you do when you’re doing physical therapy. Thanks for the information Michele!!!
