In this special Healthy Her series, we go behind the scene of the new Channel 9 TV show Do You Want to Live Forever and get the low down of what really went on. Host Amelia Phillips was the programmer on the show, designing the longevity protocols for the participants.
Today you'll hear from Father son duo, Duncan Armstrong and Tom Bruce. Duncan, former olympic world record holding swimmer and Tom Bruce his equally athletic son discovered some concerning markers in their onboarding tests, and their journey brought real emotion to the show. As you’ll find out through the series the stakes for these guys was very high, but what became evident was the incredible bond between Father and son, and what a glowing example they represented of two emotionally mature men. There is so much to be gained from their inspiring journey over the series. A great listen espeically if heart disease runs in your family.
