I recently discovered this podcast and was immediately drawn to it. As an older runner I love all the information provided on how to continue running injury free. And if you are injured how to best deal with it. Duane also interviews nutrition experts which I found valuable.

I recently Discovered Duane and his Podcast and I am so happy because i feel his spark blue print is something I was missing in my training. His knowledge is so great, and advise is on point. I feel like I will be a better runner as I implement his the different type of exercises into my training.
