“I really appreciate and dearly benefit from this wonderful podcast. I routinely listen to many Spirit Rock meditation teachers by listenening to podcasts, reading books/listening to audiobooks, and dream of attending retreats in California soon. However, that said, the new intro(s) added to this podcast by Jack’s new media content specialist adds a negative twist to this podcast. I enjoy the updates given by this specialist, but he comes on so strongly (and loudly) that it takes away from Jack’s calming, soothing voice and corresponding message.”
